Dealer Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dealer Development Manager to spearhead the annual development of our local dealer network in São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive dealer network growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure showroom setup and acceptance meet high standards.
  • Analyze dealer network performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Research and enhance local market satisfaction through effective sales and product training.
  • Manage showroom materials and ensure they align with company branding.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in dealer network management at a leading automotive company (management level).
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in project/program management is highly desirable.
