Job Title: IT Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled IT operations expert to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in ensuring the smooth operation of complex IT systems.

Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Responsible for creating and operating IT components within the IT infrastructure, platform, and production sector.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Participate actively in the incident, problem, and change management process, including software selection.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Base: Create IT documentation, IT contingency plans, and knowledge base articles, as well as support IT audits.
  • Error Analysis and Resolution: Analyze and resolve errors in 2nd level support for responsible IT systems.
  • Functional Testing: Organize and execute functional tests.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance of IT platforms and infrastructures.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Cooperate with CoE, SSC, and Regional IT teams, as well as serve as the main point of contact for the location.
  • CoE Roadmap Implementation: Responsible for the operational implementation of at least 2 CoE roadmaps and have basic knowledge in all CoE areas.
  • Process Compliance: Adhere to predetermined processes and methods, including CMDB and Asset Management.
  • Techincal Leadership: Provide technical leadership and coordination of external experts.
  • Security and Maintenance: Ensure IT security standards for office and production IT, implement proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure ongoing operations, and implement quality management tasks and define quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
