Job Title: Regional IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled Regional IT Manager to oversee the IT infrastructure and service operations within the Americas region.

This includes 13 locations with approximately 1900 users. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that IT strategies and initiatives are aligned with corporate objectives and regional business needs.

The Regional IT Manager will also manage and coordinate IT projects across the region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and corporate standards. Additionally, they will drive the full adoption of the IT Service Desk across all sites and continuously improve SOPs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that IT strategies and initiatives are aligned with corporate objectives and regional business needs.
  • Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate IT projects across the region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and corporate standards.
  • IT Support and Service Desk: Drive the full adoption of the IT Service Desk across all sites and continuously improve SOPs and services.
  • Audit Support: Support internal audit activities during preparation and execution.
  • Cost Management: Oversee IT-related costs at a regional level, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage budgets and capital plans effectively.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure regional compliance with Corporate IT Security Policies and Standards.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in managing IT teams, preferably in a regional or multi-site role. They will also have technical expertise in IT operations and infrastructure in a complex, multi-layered environment.

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in managing IT teams, preferably in a regional or multi-site role.
  • Technical Expertise: At least 7 years' experience in an information technology role, with a focus on IT operations and infrastructure in a complex, multi-layered environment.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and budget control.
