Job Overview

Trimble Advanced Positioning specializes in delivering accurate positioning solutions tailored for diverse industries. Our offerings ensure 2 cm accuracy worldwide, benefiting sectors such as agriculture, geospatial, construction, automotive, marine, IoT, and robotics. This pivotal role focuses on promoting the Trimble brand while expanding and retaining our customer base across Central and Latin America, our most rapidly growing market. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive, creative mindset for problem-solving and program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional sales, channel, and marketing teams to formulate and implement the marketing communication strategy for the LATAM region, acting as the regional liaison for the broader marketing team.
  • Partner with regional management to identify and cultivate marketing opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Serve as the marketing lead for regional trade shows and events, coordinating with the Shared Services events team as necessary. Oversee logistics, design and construction of branded spaces, development of marketing materials, lead generation, and on-site media relations.
  • Work alongside strategic and product marketing teams to create and localize marketing collateral.
  • Develop and manage communications for internal teams, channels, customers, and prospects, collaborating with the Shared Services communications team.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives for the region, leveraging marketing automation tools to guide the customer journey through the demand generation funnel.
  • Collaborate with the Field Systems channel management team to support the regional dealer network across various industries.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success and ROI of marketing initiatives in the region.
  • Cultivate and manage regional media relations, ensuring communication is in the local language, in partnership with the Shared Services PR team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive marketing experience, preferably within a technology company in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong regional marketing background, aligning local marketing activities with corporate strategy and brand implementation.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the LATAM region as required.
