Publication Operations Manager


  • Develops and executes plans for financial module systems to ensure robust, secure, and well-structured support system access.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage vendor operations for financial modules
  • Oversee publication budget configuration process
  • Provide system training for internal stakeholders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures
  • Manage key Publications operational activities

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Vendor management related to Purchase Orders (PO) in Ariba BOD
  • Contract management related to Statement of Work in Contract Lifecycle Management system
  • Timely processing and payment of all monthly invoices

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or master's degree with 2+ years of experience or associate degree with 8+ years of experience
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or contracting/financial management, and/or QC experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Pfizer applications such as Concur, Ariba BOD, SharePoint, Get Access, Group Manager, etc.
