About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team at EagleBurgmann. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of products and services to current and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and industrial mechanics.
  • Excellent prospecting and loyalty-building skills.
  • Technical degree in mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel.
