About the Role

EagleBurgmann is seeking a skilled Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of products and/or services directly to current and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and industrial mechanics
  • Excellent prospecting and loyalty-building skills
  • Technical degree in a relevant field, such as mechanics or mechatronics
  • Valid Category B driving license
  • Ability to travel regularly
