We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to fill a critical role within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field and exceptional English language skills.
- Act as primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders;
- Help define scope, objectives, and deliverables;
- Manage expectations and ensure satisfaction;
- Engage with stakeholders and manage reporting;
- Develop plans and manage deadlines;
- Manage priorities, workload, capacity, and team allocation for each project;
- Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them;
- Follow-up financial proposals to internal customers;
- Track real costs versus recovered budget;
- Ensure quality standards;
- Improve processes and documentation.
Additional responsibilities include hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI reporting.
The ideal candidate should also have solid experience in IT service/delivery management/project management with mixed agile Scrum/Kanban portfolios and a track record driving modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
AZ-900 Certificate is desirable, but not required.
This is a hybrid model position located in São Paulo, Brazil.
