Job Title:

Delivery Manager Salesforce

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice.
  • Project Planning: Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) according to project requirements.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, integration patterns, and ecosystem.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Qualifying Leads: Identify solutions to customer pain points, prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Data and Customer Analysis: Prepare call scripts, conduct data and customer analysis.
  • Sales Proposition Crafting: Craft a unique selling proposition based on customer needs.
  • Project Delivery: Manage the delivery of projects and services based on the Salesforce platform, ensuring quality, timeline, and scope.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in Salesforce platform projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Skills: Excellent soft skills, CI/CD practices, and Salesforce DevOps tools knowledge.
