The organization is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead full-cycle deliveries on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, integration patterns, and ecosystem.
This role requires experience in multinational environments and global operations, with a good understanding of CI/CD practices and Salesforce DevOps tools. ServiceNow certifications are desirable, as well as experience in contract and SLA management.
- Key responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, data and customer analysis, preparing call scripts, and identifying solutions to customer pain points.
- The successful candidate will manage deal qualifications and proposals, prepare and present proposals, and support BRM and commercials parts in technical knowledge.
- The delivery manager will be responsible for ensuring quality, timeline, and scope in the delivery of projects and services based on the Salesforce platform.
Additional responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress, ensuring adherence to methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), and participating in strategic meetings with clients.
Requirements:- Advanced English skills
- Intermediate Spanish skills
- Proven experience in Salesforce projects, project management skills, and excellent soft skills
- Experience in managing technical teams and vendor partners, tracking scope, budget, timeline, and quality metrics
- ServiceNow certifications
- Contract and SLA management experience
- Opportunity to work on a hybrid role in São Paulo
