Job Overview:
We are seeking a Production Leader to oversee team activities and ensure execution in accordance with established procedures.
- Responsibilities include distributing and overseeing team activities during the shift, ensuring compliance with production, quality, and safety targets.
- Monitor and record operational indicators throughout the shift.
- Conduct alignment meetings with the team at the beginning and/or end of the shift.
- Identify process deviations and propose improvements or corrective actions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma required (technical or higher education in related fields is desirable).
- Previous experience in operational roles and/or team leadership.
- Knowledge of production processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work in shifts (day/night/rotating, as applicable).
