Role: Team Leader I - Operational Excellence
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals, focusing on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to achieve operational excellence;
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and management;
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Developing and implementing process improvements;
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members;
- Managing personnel issues and conflicts.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as an employee of the company;
- A good performance record, with a minimum Competence score of 100 (Good Performer) in the last evaluation cycle;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Bonus points if you have:
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
- Intermediate level of proficiency in computer software and typing;
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role;
- Fluency in multiple languages.
