Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Central region. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet volume, mix, and profitability targets.
Main Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Promote ABB's complete product/systems/services offerings and align them with customer requirements to deliver solutions that meet their expectations. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
Prepare and execute sales plans using authorized tools, perform regular status reviews, and propose recovery plans as needed. Create added value for customers and ABB by leveraging effective sales techniques and promoting ABB's capabilities. Communicate delivery timelines, payment terms, and general conditions to customers, ensuring alignment with ABB's strategy.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical knowledge in instrumentation and analytics is mandatory.
- Proven experience in B2B sales for industry, with a focus on channels and previous experience with frequent travel required.
- Valid driver's license (CNH) and advanced English language skills are essential.
