Our diverse client base consists of middle market companies, commercial real estate firms, auto dealerships, sports leagues, teams and stadiums, healthcare, education and not-for-profit organizations in North America.
Main Segments- Middle Market Banking
- Healthcare, Education & Not For Profit (HENFP)
- Commercial Real Estate Banking (CREB)
- Support clients in driving regional business development for our business in LATAM.
- Work with relationship managers and product specialists globally to assess client needs and drive marketing of suitable products and services.
- Establish and deepen relationships with key individuals within the client's management teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business development and execution of financial services solutions.
- Work closely with LATAM Market Executive on multiple projects and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of industry/market practices/trends and subsidiary banking needs.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and manage credit and risk.
- Basic credit training or experience is useful for this role.
- Team player comfortable in virtual teams and with cross-functional interaction.
- Good communication, analytical and quantitative skills are necessary in a front office role.
- Solid understanding of core foundational products - credit, treasury & foreign exchange.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively across the matrix.
- Possession of MS Office products skills is required.
- University degree holder with a minimum three years relevant experience.
- Highly motivated, eager to accept new challenges and able to work under pressure.
- Multilingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) skills are a definite advantage in this role.
