Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Delivery Specialist to join our Technical Operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring and Incident Management: Continuously monitor server infrastructure, bandwidth utilization, and website uptime through various applications and action alerts.
- Rapid Restoration: Manage restoration efforts for IT incidents, guiding technical teams to execute timely resolutions and escalating as necessary.
- Crisis Communication: Coordinate communication bridges during incidents and maintain bridge commander presence throughout the event.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders during internal crisis events and shift transitions.
- Ticket Management: Manage ticket lifecycle of major incidents according to incident and problem management process flow.
- Rotational Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player with ability to support and mentor colleagues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- IT Experience: Experience in IT Service Management, especially Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Process Knowledge: Knowledge of ITSM best practices (ITIL or equivalent programs).
- Methodological Approach: Methodological mindset for evaluating and implementing process or technology changes.
