Technical Support Specialist for Indigenous Refugee Policy Development

The project involves providing technical support to the Ministry of Indigenous People (MPI) in developing a National Strategy for Indigenous Refugees and Migrants. The strategy aims to strengthen protection for these communities through active consultation and recognition of their socio-cultural diversity.
The individual consultant will conduct desk reviews, systematize secondary data, map good practices, facilitate consultations, and produce technical reports. They will also participate in technical meetings and validate deliverables with UNHCR and MPI teams.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of policies that address the rights and needs of Indigenous refugees and migrants. It requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
