We are currently seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead the expansion of our business in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for the Brazilian market, implementing sales targets with full accountability.
- Analyze competitors, consumer trends, and channels, adapting product strategies accordingly.
- Establish and manage distributor networks, expanding channels including department stores, beauty chains, and medical aesthetics institutions.
- Lead e-commerce operations and account management, designing promotions to boost sell-through rates.
- Develop training programs and monitor inventory/pricing to prevent cross-region sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing on localized campaigns and resolve major channel conflicts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales/channel management (consumer electronics), with 3+ years focused on the Brazilian market.
- Expertise in distributor management and channel expansion, with offline retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability in account negotiation and leadership.
- Knowledge of certifications (e.g., ANVISA, INMETRO).
- Fluency in Portuguese and Mandarin.
