Brazil Head of Opex COE

Transforming Operations in Brazil requires a strategic approach. Our team is seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of International OPEX Controlling core model across the region, including standardized roles and processes across geographies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a change leader who can influence stakeholders and develop an implementation plan together with the International Head of Finance Operations with agreed timelines.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of OPEX Controlling core model within the Region, proposing workarounds and local adaptations to resolve any gaps.
  • This role involves designing and implementing ways of working with Finance Business Partners to provide high-quality budget, forecasts, and actuals, as well as managing the expansion of the COE to support additional businesses and functions.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of the Finance Operations model, supporting the roll-out globally, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the value and efficiencies gained through the COE model.
