Role Overview

This position entails leading comprehensive transformation initiatives that optimize operational efficiency, foster innovation, and enhance user experience within the People & Capability function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate efforts and manage dependencies across workstreams.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms to communicate project status and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within P&C operations.
  • Define requirements and develop robust business cases to support investment and prioritization decisions.
Essential Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on HR transformation or enterprise change management.
  • In-depth understanding of HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and HR Technology.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects using both SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, enabling influence and communication across all organizational levels.
