We're seeking a talented leader to spearhead our delivery operations in Curitiba - PR.

As a Delivery Station Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our dynamic Delivery Stations. These hubs are at the heart of our rapidly growing Operations and Logistics network, where we sort and process parcels efficiently.

Your role will be pivotal in driving productivity, reducing costs per unit, eliminating errors, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You'll work closely with various support teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, IT) to develop staffing plans, schedules, and performance metrics.

Additionally, you'll lead numerous process improvement projects to streamline activities, leveraging your expertise in Lean methodologies and related techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area and promoting a culture of safety on-site.
  • Becoming proficient in specific processes and activities within Delivery Stations, such as 5S audits.
  • Handling meaningful data collection, updating operations metrics hourly, and achieving productivity targets.
  • Partnering with other teams to implement progressive process change and contribute to cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree or MBA
  • Experience with Kaizen and Lean methodologies and related techniques
