Digital Channels Leadership
Role Summary
We seek an experienced leader to drive the commercialization of our digital platforms across Latin America.

As a Vice President in our Digital Channels team, you will lead efforts to align innovative product solutions with client needs, ensuring market relevance and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your strategic communication and analytical skills will be key in driving our success in the region.

You will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in product management and the payments industry to drive market and product expansion. Your understanding of market trends, client behavior, and regional nuances will be essential in aligning our strategic goals with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercialize digital platforms across Latin America
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital banking initiatives and enhance customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase platform adoption and usage
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Ensure compliance with LATAM regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Engage with multi-disciplinary teams across the region to build strong relationships and drive collaborative success
  • Utilize product management skills to oversee the development and enhancement of digital products
  • Understand global digital platforms and ensure local compliance and market relevance in Latin American countries
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital banking or related fields
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the LATAM regulatory environment
  • Strong relationship skills to connect with multi-disciplinary teams across the region
  • Strong product management skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of treasury automation processes, host-to-host connectivity solutions, client ERP systems, metrics, and analytics
  • Postgraduate degree
