Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our consulting group, you will work closely with clients to identify their business challenges and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements. Act as a trusted advisor and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of client data, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop innovative and data-driven strategies and action plans to address client challenges and achieve their business objectives.
  • Recommendations: Present and communicate strategic recommendations to clients, outlining the benefits and potential outcomes of proposed solutions.
  • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and support during the implementation of recommended strategies, ensuring successful execution.
  • Cross-Selling: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new consulting opportunities with prospective clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Consulting Experience: Proven experience as a business consultant or in a related consulting role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business challenges and formulate effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
