Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers and internal partners within P&SP North & Andean. You will provide solutions to customers while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with other functional partners to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order entry and fulfillment processes for assigned business or group of businesses and customers.
  • Develop solid relationships with customers, understand their needs, and gather market intelligence.
  • Coordinate activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain service levels according to business prioritization.
  • Differentiate between customer requirements and company capabilities; choose the best cost-effective solution.
  • Support commercial strategies with customers across multiple businesses.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant and successful professional experience with customer-facing activities is required.
  • Advanced English skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Foreign trade and import/export.
  • Accountability, communication, and proactivity skills.
  • SAP experience (desirable).
  • Client-facing skills.
