We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Communicate effectively with customers via various channels (webchat, email, phone)
- Maintain high-quality standards with attention to detail and accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues during the first contact
- Clarify and resolve product or service concerns by identifying issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring follow-ups for resolution
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding professionally to inquiries
- Escalating customer requests when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up
- Investigating customer concerns thoroughly to provide satisfactory outcomes
Required skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Portuguese (additional languages welcome)
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive in-house training is provided
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Customer-focused approach with adaptability to handle various personality types
- Competence in using computers, including touch typing proficiency
- Resilience to perform well under pressure
- A responsible, conscientious, and accountable work ethic
- Flexibility to work shifts when required
