Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences.

  • Communicate effectively with customers via various channels (webchat, email, phone)
  • Maintain high-quality standards with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues during the first contact
  • Clarify and resolve product or service concerns by identifying issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring follow-ups for resolution

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding professionally to inquiries
  • Escalating customer requests when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Investigating customer concerns thoroughly to provide satisfactory outcomes

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in Portuguese (additional languages welcome)
  • Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive in-house training is provided
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals
  • Customer-focused approach with adaptability to handle various personality types
  • Competence in using computers, including touch typing proficiency
  • Resilience to perform well under pressure
  • A responsible, conscientious, and accountable work ethic
  • Flexibility to work shifts when required
