Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Specialist to drive employee engagement, maintain compliance and foster a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR support and coaching to employees and supervisors on employment-related matters.
  • Oversee payroll processes, prepare bi-weekly payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping records using Workday HRIS.
  • Manage performance evaluations, reviews and update the employee handbook annually or as needed.
  • Coordinate off-cycle, special and bonus payments with POWDR.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
