Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis across various HR functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full onboarding and offboarding process, including administrative requirements, and will assist the HR personnel in maintaining the HR System. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting contracts and agreements, issuing HR-related reports, and updating payroll information on the HR System.

You will also be the point of contact in relation to employment law and will act as a liaison between employees and management, guiding and advising both sides. Furthermore, you will coordinate training and continuous staff development, contribute to the development of HR Department goals, objectives, and systems, and carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in human resources, preferably 1-2 years, with good knowledge of employment law. You will also need to have proven experience working on work permits and solid written and communication skills in English. Additionally, you will need to have strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), motivation, and drive to succeed, as well as an approachable and friendly attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
