We are seeking a diligent and experienced professional to fill the position of HR Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is skilled in administrative tasks, prioritization, and maintaining confidentiality.
This role involves providing daily support to our team by managing various HR administrative tasks such as induction, remuneration, probation, and adherence to policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and offboarding process, including all necessary administrative tasks. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records in the HR System, ensure that Employee Personal Files are up-to-date, and coordinate with the Finance team on monthly payroll changes.
This is a fantastic chance for someone to grow professionally and develop their skills in human resources. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of local employment law and compliance practices.
In addition to these skills, the selected individual will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. They will also be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused on delivering results.
