Product Visionary

As a Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between data, customers, and stakeholders to improve existing product suites and identify new opportunities.

Your experience and input will be crucial in understanding customer needs, shaping product requirements, and ensuring the product roadmap aligns with the overall vision.

Main responsibilities include taking ownership of critical website journeys, such as registration, login, and password reset pages, as well as static pages like my account pages.

You will be responsible for improving those journeys and implementing necessary performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for website functions including registration page, login page, password reset page, my account pages, and any static pages to provide enhanced customer experiences.
  • Lead, shape, and drive the execution of our website roadmap.
  • Prioritise tasks, creating epics, and stories in collaboration with business owners to ensure work is concentrated on valuable ones.
  • E nsure that the product backlog is transparent, visible, and understood, and communicated clearly and effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Take the lead in agile product development procedures, such as product releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Work closely with the development team to translate product requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features.
  • Monitor key metrics and stakeholder feedback continuously to improve and optimise product performance by using a data-driven decision-making process.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage live issues and instruct on resolution prioritisation.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with 3+ years of experience in Website Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in a platform or operator capacity within iGaming industry.

Experience leading a Product Management function in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, agile, and/or digital environment is also required.

Able to translate complex business requirements into clear epics, stories, and tasks.

Highly organised, methodical, and diligent in approach.

Excellent communication skills, fluency with both Turkish and English language (verbal and written).

A problem solver, multitasker, and initiator.

Strong networking and influencing skills.

Deep care for creating great products and user experiences.

A hands-on character with a strategic mindset.

Capable of performing competitor analysis and staying updated with industry trends.

Able to handle error investigations and escalations to third parties.

Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar product-focused certification (advantageous).

Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones (advantageous).
