We are committed to delivering exceptional user experiences and providing a vast array of over 5000 casino games, where players can find and enjoy their favorite titles. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our product offerings, including website experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be accountable for iGaming products (B2C operations)
  • Lead, shape, and drive the execution of our product roadmap
  • Owning the entire process flows for journeys & features, creating new features, enhancing the current product, and ensuring it is future-proof and jurisdiction-agnostic
  • Prioritizing tasks, creating epics, and stories in collaboration with business owners to ensure focused efforts on valuable tasks
  • Maintaining a transparent, visible, and understood product backlog as well as clear communication
  • Continuously conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with the development team to translate product requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Leading agile product development procedures, such as product releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features
  • Monitoring key metrics and stakeholder feedback continuously to improve and optimize product performance using data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Experience leading a Product Management function in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, agile, and/or digital environment
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear epics, stories, and tasks
  • Highly organized, methodical, and diligent approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A problem solver, multitasker, and initiator
  • Strong networking and influencing skills
  • Deep care for creating great products and user experiences
  • A hands-on character with a strategic mindset
  • Capable of performing competitor analysis and staying updated with industry trends
  • Able to handle error investigations and escalations to third parties
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar product-focused certification (advantageous)
  • Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones (advantageous)

We offer a competitive salary synonymous with skills and experience, a performance and bonus structure dependent on achievement of set targets and personal performance (after successfully passing probation), and a consultancy contract within the EU on a full-time basis with 25 days PTO or employment contract if you are based in Bulgaria, Hungary, or Malta
