Our international digital solutions provider is growing fast and seeking a skilled professional to lead the first phase of the client journey. As a Client Solutions Engagement Strategist, you'll step into early conversations with qualified leads, collaborate closely with clients, and help them define their needs. You'll ask insightful questions, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
About the Role- We're looking for someone with experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments, particularly in pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong history of working with cross-functional teams, familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices, and experience collaborating with stakeholders across business and tech.
- A proven background in requirements elicitation, executive presence, stakeholder interviewing, and business process mapping is essential.
- Lead client discovery and whiteboard sessions alongside a Tech Lead.
- Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, UX, QA, and Engineering on scoping projects.
- Identify constraints, risks, and edge cases early in the conversation.
- Break down solutions into project phases and feature groupings.
- Document deliverables, including process flows, vision documents, and feature sets.
