Marketing Operations Lead

This role involves overseeing the lead management process to ensure high-quality lead flow from marketing to sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and refine the lead management process to guarantee efficient lead flow from marketing to sales.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Oversee the Business Development Management Team in Latin America for outbound marketing efforts.
  • Establish, follow, document, and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead management and other marketing areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable education.
  • English, Spanish, and Portuguese professional working proficiency to effectively support regional teams across Latin America.
  • Experience managing or supporting Business Development Representatives (BDRs) / telemarketing.
  • Expertise in lead management.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Oracle preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data. PowerBI and Smartsheets experience.
  • Experience in tracking marketing metrics and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive internal processes and execute jobs from inception through completion.
  • Experience in working in highly matrix organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Ability to pick up new technologies and tackle challenges quickly.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to detail.
  • Energetic, organized, and proactive.
  • Experience in working across multiple countries and providing operational support preferred.
