Join us in a challenging role as Senior Field Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Field Operations Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our solutions at client locations.

This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. If you have experience with on-site installations and support in a tech environment, we want to hear from you

In this role, you will be working closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of materials. You will also be required to document installation processes and client interactions in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site installation and configuration of software and hardware solutions.
  • Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed products.
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting as required.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of materials.
  • Document installation processes and client interactions in CRM.
  • Revisit sites for routine maintenance checks and client follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical background with experience in on-site installations and support in a tech environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to our products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide training to clients.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and CRM software.
