Job Description:

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of professional engineers in supporting technical programs for product development and lifecycle initiatives. Your key responsibilities include providing leadership to the Product Management organization, owning the governance and process for lifecycle management, driving key programs enabling career ladder and six sigma certifications, recruiting and developing technical professionals, championing collaboration with internal and external partners, and ensuring resource utilization aligned to business prioritization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical field; advanced technical or business degree preferred
  • 8 years or more of relevant work experience in healthcare, MedTech, or Pharma industry
  • Ability to develop people, embrace technology, and utilize customer-focused decision making
  • Strong change management skills with ability to drive alignment in global environment through strong communication and employee empowerment
  • Proven knowledge of process development and validation, including design of experiments, statistical analysis, and project management
  • Experiences in manufacturing operations with clear understanding of global quality and compliance regulations and expectations
Benefits:

This role reports to the Director of Product Management within Global Technical Operations team and has frequent interaction with senior leaders within MD Supply Chain and across the Wound Closure & Healing platform.

Others:

Candidates must have people management experience and be willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
