- Manage data engineering, BI, RPA, and related projects
- Maintain and customize cloud resources (servers, VMs, Active Directory, web apps, etc.)
- Manage Power Platform products, including administration and governance
- Serve as database administrator for Azure SQL Server
- Develop Power BI dashboards for various departments
- Build data pipelines using SQL, Python, SparkSQL, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, Data Flows Gen2, and other Microsoft Fabric tools
- Create process automations in Power Automate, N8N, and Python
- Develop applications in Power Apps
- Act as Product Owner for PacOS and Product Manager for DashR
- Lead strategic planning using OKR and Balanced Scorecard methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus
- At least 6 years of experience in roles like Analytics Engineer or Data Specialist, preferably in multicultural environments
- Fluent English is mandatory (daily communication in English required)
- Advanced Spanish is a plus
