Global Quality Process Lead

This position plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across global quality processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing process improvement initiatives to optimize quality management workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance quality performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize quality processes.
  • Leading global projects to improve supplier quality management.
  • Implementing a global quality management system aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a methodical approach to streamline and align multi-site operations.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Senior experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality Systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar QMS frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis tools.
