Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to lead our MuleSoft Anypoint Platform integration solutions. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer, comfortable leading architectural discussions as well as actively coding solutions.

The role requires design end-to-end integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, develop detailed architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and best practices for integration across complex environments. Additionally, the candidate will write high-quality code, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed. Build reusable APIs, connectors, and services using Mulesoft's development tools. Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and resolve technical roadblocks.

  • Solution Architecture & Design: Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies leveraging MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
  • Hands-On Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while performing code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to developers and junior architects on architecture principles, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and map integration needs.
  • Strategic Advisory: Engage with clients and internal leadership to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and shape long-term integration strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of overall experience in integration architecture, design, and implementation
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 3 and/or Mule 4)
  • Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and dive into code when necessary
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
