Job Title: Technical Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex technical relationships with key customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and execute customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on customer needs and develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor customer health scores and implement corrective actions as needed to prevent churn.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical account management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience working with automation tools and technologies.
