Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Senior Brand Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and executing brand plans for our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Promotional Activities: Create promotional materials (visual assets, key messages, scripts, and advertising collateral) aligned with the brand plan for healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Monthly Materials Coordination: Coordinate and communicate monthly promotional materials, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Annual Product Campaign Lead: Develop and lead an annual product campaign based on insights from healthcare professionals, internal product sales, and market trends.
  • Scientific Platform Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the product's scientific platform to effectively build brand strategies.
  • Customer Segmentation Understanding: Understand customer segmentation to create effective brand promotional messaging.
  • Marketing Activities Support: Support the implementation of all marketing activities, including innovative tactics for holistic solutions, partnerships, and multichannel opportunities to strengthen campaigns and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to ensure tactical execution of the brand plan (AMI, market access, digital, communications, medical, training, etc.).
  • Marketing Events Lead: Lead marketing events and the InField Team, enhancing engagement with healthcare professionals and clients through an excellent experience.
  • Promotional Materials Readiness: Ensure promotional materials are ready for each cycle in advance, following approval processes and compliance standards.
  • Strategic Marketing Plan Development: Support and participate in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan.
  • Promotional Presentations Preparation: Prepare promotional presentations.
  • Material Uploading and Tracking: Oversee the uploading and tracking of materials in the approval system, including reference review and monitoring.
  • Market Analysis Conducted: Conduct monthly market analysis to identify insights, opportunities, and recommend solutions.
  • Brand KPIs Monitoring: Monitor and present brand KPIs.
  • Client Visits Accompaniment: Accompany the InField team during client visits to understand field realities and propose improvements as needed.
  • Field Material Effectiveness Monitoring: Regularly monitor the use and effectiveness of field materials, recommending improvements to optimize the field team's performance.
  • Digital Materials Development: Develop digital materials and innovative ideas, and liaise with agencies.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Perform market analysis and competitor research.
