Senior Marketing Opportunities Specialist

The role involves identifying new opportunities across the B2B marketing funnel, with a strong focus on promoting AI development services. You will conduct market research and trend analysis to uncover high-potential niches and positioning angles.
You will analyze current and potential Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to understand their behaviors, pain points, and buying journeys. This includes exploring and testing new B2B lead acquisition channels, marketing tools, and outreach strategies.
Collaboration with content, sales, and delivery teams is essential to craft messaging that resonates with target personas. You will partner with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns and A/B testing initiatives.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations is also part of this role. Regular performance reports and market trend summaries are expected outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience in growth or marketing performance roles in B2B — ideally in the SaaS or tech services space;
- Experience with AI-focused marketing (AI products);
- Proven experience running successful marketing campaigns and managing performance metrics;
- Familiarity with CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
