Job Overview: We seek a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to lead the client onboarding process for new clients and advertisers.

This role involves working closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless contract activation and efficient process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for direct and agency clients;
  • Liaise with legal and finance teams for contract approval and documentation;
  • Manage internal trackers and reports related to onboarding status;
  • Act as the bridge between internal teams and external clients to resolve blockers;
  • Support internal process improvements and standardization of onboarding steps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication;
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills;
  • Previous experience in digital advertising, agencies, or media companies is beneficial;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • English language fluency is mandatory.
