We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits;
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues;
  • Analyse customer business requirements and diagnose product/system issues through end-user consultation;
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client needs;
  • Advocate for customers regarding required fixes or feature requests;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (written/spoken); Spanish proficiency is a strong plus;
  • Proven ability to engage senior technical/management stakeholders;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
  • 7+ years in IT (with 4+ years focused on IT security);
  • Certifications: MCP (Windows Server/Windows 10+); CCNA (highly beneficial); VMware ESXi/Linux certifications;
