Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Commercial Planning Manager. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our teams. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and the global strategy department to define and execute key business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and set ambitious yet achievable targets for the sales team;
  • Develop strong relationships with the sales team to ensure continuous growth;
  • Use data-driven decision-making and innovative thinking to foster a culture of performance excellence;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the business's evolution;
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a similar field. You should also have 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
