Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Manager of Commercial Planning to drive the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our commercial teams.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role that demands a combination of data-driven decision-making, innovative thinking, and leadership skills to foster a culture of performance excellence.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing market trends and setting ambitious yet achievable targets;
  • Building strong relationships with the sales team to ensure continuous growth;
  • Creating and monitoring KPIs to see the business's evolution;
  • Developing innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where we operate;
  • Driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our commercial teams;
  • Leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with senior leaders;
  • Making informed decisions using internal and external data;
  • Managing projects across businesses;
  • Providing exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Solving complex problems through analytical thinking and effective communication;


">Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or similar field;
  • Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership;
  • Exceptional skills in problem solving, analytical thinking and communication;
  • Good level of English;
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and advanced knowledge in MS Excel;
  • Previous experience in commercial planning will be a plus;
  • Strong attention to detail;
