Responsibilities- Provide proactive support to the Compliance and Ethics team in Brazil, promoting and enforcing PepsiCo's Global Code of Conduct and Compliance and Ethics programs.
- Lead the implementation of key improvements in the Global Third Party Due Diligence program, including rescoping, testing, and third-party media monitoring.
- Oversee the Compliance and Ethics Champions Program, developing and sustaining Compliance ambassadors who will cascade down messages.
- Provide analytical and program support to LatAm's Chief Compliance Officer, primarily related to Speak Up and trend analysis.
- Support the Brazil team in execution of the global compliance program, including reporting and analytics, investigations of potentially significant violations of the Code of Conduct, training in investigations and ABAC issues, and other activities designed to enhance the compliance and ethics culture and reduce risk.
- Graduated in Law
- Experience in C&E matters
- Portuguese and English fluent – both speaking and writing abilities
- Previous experience of training and case management (NAVEX, EthicsPoint, Certa) would be beneficial
- Excellent command and handling in systems, particularly Microsoft applications' skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
