Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our Services Operations Team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through effective cost management and sales margin control.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor and manage project costs to ensure they are within budget.
  • Support Business Group Delivery Managers and Project Managers in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering high-quality results.
  • Execute end-to-end cost management, KPI follow-up, and project readiness assessments for critical projects.
  • Collaborate with the Services Operations Head to implement global processes and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operational management, program management, budget management, or financial management.
  • Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under intense pressure.
  • Familiarity with integrated office automation and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
