About the Role:

  • Maintain market knowledge and customer buying strategies to negotiate and close deals
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business setting or working on Genesys Cloud projects
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven success in sales lead generation, acquisitions, and relationship management
  • Able to influence others and gain acceptance in sensitive situations
