About the Role:- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new opportunities and maintain key relationships
- Negotiate and close business deals, pursuing sales leads and prospective clients
- Serve as a technical advisor for Genesys Cloud implementation, providing expertise and guidance
- Foster strong business relationships through networking and client engagement
- Contribute to strategic planning, driving tactical execution and results
- Deliver presentations and proposals to build client relationships and drive business success
- Maintain market knowledge and customer buying strategies to negotiate and close deals
- At least 5 years of experience in a business setting or working on Genesys Cloud projects
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven success in sales lead generation, acquisitions, and relationship management
- Able to influence others and gain acceptance in sensitive situations
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
