We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Calling and Lead Generation Specialist for Commercial Real Estate.

The ideal candidate will be organized, persistent, and adept at gathering and analyzing information online while confidently engaging prospects over the phone.

This position offers the chance to develop expertise in real estate capital markets while making a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement deal-specific outreach strategies (cold calling and email campaigns) to gauge interest in active opportunities and nurture them toward further discussions.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and senior team members, ensuring a smooth handoff for follow-up discussions.
  • Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
  • Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
  • Update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
  • Fluent English language skills (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of outreach calls each week.
  • Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
  • Proficient in leveraging online research tools (including websites, LinkedIn, and industry databases) to source and evaluate capital providers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools (e.g., Instantly) and best practices.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
