Job Overview

Sales Managers lead regional market expansion and commercial execution for advanced gas turbine and power generation technologies.

About the Position
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with end-users (power plants, industrial sites, oil & gas).
  • Lead tenders, negotiations, and client relationships from initial contact to project handover.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies; manage pipeline and forecasting.
  • Conduct market research and produce actionable insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Engineering (Power / Electrical / Mechanical or related).
  • Mandatory experience in power sector sales, especially gas-fired or distributed power.
  • Familiarity with grid-connection procedures and working with utilities.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
