Sales Managers lead regional market expansion and commercial execution for advanced gas turbine and power generation technologies.
About the Position- Identify and develop business opportunities with end-users (power plants, industrial sites, oil & gas).
- Lead tenders, negotiations, and client relationships from initial contact to project handover.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies; manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Conduct market research and produce actionable insights.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Degree in Engineering (Power / Electrical / Mechanical or related).
- Mandatory experience in power sector sales, especially gas-fired or distributed power.
- Familiarity with grid-connection procedures and working with utilities.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
