City Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage our city operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about micro-mobility and wants to make a difference in their community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations management, with experience in managing service centers. They will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and productivity, as well as implementing strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters.
  • Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in logistics or operations management.
  • Strong multitasking skills, hands-on experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience in managing service centers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practices.
