About the Role- Develop comprehensive brand strategies, including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy, and go-to-market approach.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketplaces to ensure quality control of the catalog, maintaining accurate information and consistent product and pricing updates across Amazon's marketplace.
- Analyze and report on category/item performance, providing insights for continuous improvement strategies to enhance catalog performance.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring output meets client expectations and managing their agendas.
This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing Amazon US marketplace operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central), including product launches, catalog optimization, and compliance with US consumer regulations.
Candidates should have a proven track record of success with Amazon US-specific tools and demonstrated understanding of US consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and competition dynamics.
This role involves working closely with growth and strategy teams to drive growth and innovation. It is a fully remote position supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil, Portugal, Mexico, Colombia, and Spain.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for brand clients.
- Manage and execute client agendas, building strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the Director of Marketplaces to maintain quality control of the catalog.
- Measure and report on category/item performance.
- Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content, and A/B testing.
- Manage forecasting of annual sales, management of inventory planning & replenishment.
- Implement marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, Display ads.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon US marketplace operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central).
- Proven success with Amazon US-specific tools (A+ Content, Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP).
- Demonstrated understanding of US consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and competition dynamics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage two Junior Brand Managers.
- Preferred experience in the following categories: Beauty, Supplements, and Specialty Food.
- Experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting, and Parent/Child Variations.
- Experience with Walmart.com is a plus.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce Metrics and use of data.
- Experience building processes and reporting that allow your efforts to impact brands at scale.
